Refund Policy

If Soarias didn't help you ship, you get your money back. Plain and simple.
1. The 7-day outcome guarantee
Soarias is sold on a single promise: it gets your iOS app to TestFlight. If it doesn't, we refund.
You qualify if you:
- Bought Soarias within the last 14 days, and
- Used Soarias on a real iOS project for at least 5 hours per day across 7 consecutive days, and
- Did not reach a working TestFlight build.
You don't have to prove time-tracked hours — your honest report is enough. We trust you and you trust us. If it didn't work for you, it didn't work.
2. How to request
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Your order email or license key.
- A brief description of where you got stuck (helps us improve, but is not an interrogation).
That's it. We'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
3. Other refund situations
Bought by mistake
If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase, before downloading the app, we'll refund without questions.
Software defect we can't fix
If you find a bug that prevents normal use and we don't ship a fix within 14 days of confirmation, you can request a refund.
License key compromised
If your key was leaked through no fault of yours, we'll issue a new key and revoke the old one — at no charge.
4. What's not covered
- Refund requests after 30 days of purchase, except where required by Japanese consumer protection law.
- Issues caused by Apple Developer Program enrollment problems (Soarias can't fix Apple's identity systems).
- Issues caused by your Claude Code subscription with Anthropic.
- "It works, but I don't like it" beyond the 7-day window.
